Been here a few times now, twice for a traditional breakfast and once for the pork tenderloin. The breakfast is fantastic, as expected by such a cosey diner. But what surprised me was having a breaded pork tenderloin this tasty this side … More of the Indiana/Illinois border. When sportsman's dissapeared, I went looking for another as tasty and this place hits it out of the park.

I think this breakfast was THE best I've had in a restaurant. I was shocked it was so $ reasonable because when my breakfast was served it looked like a picture in a magazine. You know sometimes when you eat out and it looks like … More your food is thrown on the plate and maybe 500 eggs were cooked on the grill before yours? Not here! I don't know how they made this look as good as tasted. Just a delicious , home-cooked breakfast, family atmosphere. I was impressed all around....clean and "homey" diner, great service, great food. There's a tip jar at the register to tip the cook. Tip the cook, he/she certainly deserves it!
